Consistent service, quick results
This was my third time using Fingerprints By Live Scan, this time for an Out of State Fingerprint Processing. Just like before, the service was reliable. My first time was for a Florida Nursing Board Fingerprints, then a DCF Background Check. Each time, the process was consistent, and the staff were efficient. The turnaround for results has always been fast, typically within a few days. They maintain a good standard, which is why I keep coming back for my fingerprinting needs.
Good for Ink Fingerprinting, slow email
I went in for Ink Fingerprinting on FD-258 Cards. The service itself was great, very professional at the counter and they did a good job with the cards. However, I had a question about the process afterward and sent an email, which took about three days to get a response. The in-person experience was 5 stars, but the slow email support brought it down a bit. Overall, still a solid choice for fingerprinting.
